The 2008 “Celebration of Pride” will include several events that will take place throughout the year and our main event on Saturday, May 10th at the Van Wezel. Host a Fundraiser Event for Sarasota PrideFest 2008

Sarasota Pride, Inc. provides opportunities for local businesses and organizations to host an event to raise funds for PrideFest.  The “Host” must cover all the costs of the event.  All proceeds must be donated to Sarasota Pride, Inc. after cost of event production.  A minimum donation of $1,000 must be guaranteed by the “Host”.  Sarasota Pride, Inc. will promote the event through the use of the Sarasota Pride, Inc. email list; announcement at GLBT Community events; and ticket sales.  Please contact us for additional information.

In-Kind Product and Service Donations

If your sponsorship is not cash based, the products/services offered have to be useful to the events.  Free samples of consumer products and other peripheral items are not considered essential to the events and therefore cannot automatically receive sponsorship value.  For additional information please contact us.

Sarasota Pride Guide Advertiser

Our Sarasota Pride Guide will now be available all year round and is distributed at both the PrideFest and participating gay and lesbian outlets.  A minimum of 4,000 programs will be printed and distributed through out the year which begins May 2008 – April 2009.  Reprints will be ordered as necessary.  Inclusion in the Sarasota Pride Guide is dependent upon receipt of payment and your advertisement by March 31, 2008.  Each advertisement includes a basic online business listing in our pride business directory as well as the pride guide publication.  Costs for your advertisement are as follows:
